Services

Counselling service
I offer a non-judgemental listening ear in a space where you can talk to someone who wants to listen.
There is no pressure on clients to talk about things they are uncomfortable talking about. The session is led by you and what you would like to discuss. I will not tell you what to do or give you advice, but instead offer an empathic listening ear.
Session lengths are one hour. We have initial contact via email or a discussion over the phone to see if my service is right for you. If we both wish to go ahead, I will book in our first appointment. For more information click on the below link or get in touch.

Clinical Supervision
I offer supervision to Counsellors, Psychotherapists, and other professions where clinical supervision is a requirement of practice. This includes individuals who work in health and social care, education, and the charity sector.
My supervisory approach uses the Seven-eyed Model by Hawkins and Shohet and the Integrated Development Model (IDM) by Stoltenberg and McNeill.
For up-to-date pricing and a FAQ list, please visit one of my supervision profiles below or get in touch.

Mental health and wellbeing support within educational settings
With experience working within schools, I understand the pressures placed on staff members to manage young peoples mental health and wellbeing whilst performing other duties.
I offer a Youth Mental Health Service to schools either on a short or long term basis supporting young people one-to-one aged 11-18.
I can provide Young People with a counselling service or I can offer Psychosocial interventions where we would explore coping strategies for different mental health issues including (but not limited to) anxiety, self-esteem, depression, stress, self-harm.
I am fully insured, able to provide a DBS, and I abide by the policies set out by each educational setting that I work in as well as the ethical framework of the BACP.
Support groups

B.A.M.E rural
This small support group is for B.A.M.E and mixed heritage individuals who live in Norfolk and other rural areas. You may identify with the terms mentioned or others e.g. BIPOC or Ethnically diverse. This is not a counselling service but a safe space where people can make positive connections. It doesn't matter if you are new to the area or lived there since birth, you are welcome to join us. Discussion topics may include; activities in the area, where to buy products, or talking with others about experiences.
The group is facilitated by myself. Numbers are limited and priority is given to those who live in Norfolk.
- Age: 18+
B.A.M.E NHS staff group
This small support group is specifically for NHS workers. With my own experience of working within the NHS, there has been a growing concern about the lack of support for B.A.M.E staff from professionals who have similar backgrounds/experiences. This is a place for B.A.M.E staff members to connect and support each other under the facilitation of a qualified therapist.
Numbers are limited and priority is given to those who work within/across Norfolk trusts. If this group is regularly oversubscribed, then I may consider holding another group.
